Sorry about the lateness, but getting information on this tourney has been nearly impossible. Plum picked up two wins on Tuesday to advance to the loser's bracket final against Hopewell this morning (Wednesday). Plum beat Uniontown, 6-3 in a game that was susupended on Monday night in the fourth inning with Uniontown ahead, 3-1. Hopewell advanced on Monday beating Blackhawk, 7-6 and beat Bethel Park on Tuesday in a non-elimination game.

In the nightcap, Uniontown beat Chartiers Valley/South Fayette, 7-6 to eliminate them from the Region 6 field. Bethel Park, which is the only team remaining in the winners bracket, has only 10 players and will be unable to participate in the PA. State ALB tournamet next week. However, they can still win the Region 6 title when they play the Uniontown/Hopewell winner this afternoon.

Hello everyone! I am sorry I am so late in getting this site back up and running. I don't have as much time as I did in the past to sit and update the information. However, I am pleased to say that I do believe, I got all the particulars and teams (Minus the Chartiers Valley/So. Fayette vs. Bethel Park winner from the Allegheny County ALB tournament.)

I am flying this site without the help of my favorite Region 6 Director, the late Bob Hester. Bob was always there to update me every night with the County and region 6 scores. I will truly miss his input, but not as much as I miss him as a friend and mentor of sorts. God Bless you Bob, I know your you're up there watching us.

I do want to thank Pat Reilly, the Ohio River League Director for his help in getting me scores during the Allegheny Co. Playoffs. I can't believe the lack of coverage from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and Tribune Review. The Trib did have a few articles online. But no scores every day.
